The accommodation is arranged as a living area on the
ground floor and 6 bedrooms with two spacious and modern bathrooms on
the 1st floor upstairs.

The accommodation on the ground floor consists of a fully
equipped newly fitted kitchen (electric cooker x 2), washing machine,
dishwasher, fridge x 2, full range of cooking equipment including a
toaster, coffee maker, blender, electric kettle, sandwich maker etc.
There is also a spacious dining area with table and chairs, and a large
stone fireplace, which makes the room very cosy if lit outside the hot
season.
The kitchen/dining room leads into an L shaped sitting room
with sofas, coffee tables and side lights, home cinema, , music centre,
and cane furniture with several French windows onto the vine covered
terrace/veranda. There is also a downstairs toilet.
Upstairs there are six spacious bedrooms and two airy
bathrooms with w.c., shower and washbasin (one of them also has a bidet)
with outside access staircases from both sides and a magnificent balcony
the length of the house overlooking the cobalt sea and pine woods. Each
bedroom has bedside tables and reading lights, four of them with wardrobes
and double beds and two with bunk beds and huge mirrored built in
cupboards.
With the six bedrooms, up to 12 people can be accommodated which could
easily consist of two families holidaying together. If required, two
further guests can be accommodated on comfortable fold up beds. Each of
the double bedrooms opens onto the balcony where there are wooden sun
loungers and a swing seat. Nothing is nicer than sleeping under the stars
on the balcony if the mood takes you.
Pillows, duvets and bed linen are provided (as are tea towels), but you
need to bring your own towels.
