There is no chance of getting bored. In addition to the
wonderful translucent sea, with temperatures rarely below 25 degrees, and
the various bits of equipment in the garage to enjoy it, it is possible to
hire our dinghy and to take a little tour of our bay and the nearby coves.
If you want to be more active you could hire a tennis court in town for a
reasonable price and it is also possible to hire bicycles and mopeds to
explore the various nooks and crannies in town.
At the villa we have provided boules, darts and many
indoor board games as well as other younger children’s activities. In the
garage there should be an assortment of goggles, masks, fishing gear and
rubber dinghies.
With such dramatic countryside, some visitors might feel
the urge to take advantage of going for walks. The driveway down to the
villa makes for a lovely walk uphill and throughout the island there are
hundreds of little bays, many of which have tracks leading to them and
also several abandoned or semi abandoned hill villages which offer
fascinating exploration opportunities
Many of our guests have asked about the possibility of
renting a small motorboat for exploring the many local bays and coves, for
fishing and for snorkelling. So, we have decided to offer this amenity to
our guests by offering a Yamaha sports dinghy with a 5HP motor for hire
at £100 per week. It is one of the easiest boats on the market to handle
and comes with full instructions on its use. If you decide to add this
extra dimension to your holiday then the key will be provided by our agent
in Hvar. It is, perhaps, the best way of ensuring your sea food supper is
fresh!!
